As experienced property managers and small business owners, they are both excited to see Three Oaks grow under their leadership! They have two young children and an Australian Shepherd, Indie.
Jozi B.
Lead Receptionist
Jozi first started working at Three Oaks in 2022; after taking a break to focus on her education, she returned to Three Oaks in 2025! She loves all aspects of her job, from pet care to building lasting relationships with clients. When she’s not running the reception desk, you can find her planning special daycare events and running the social media accounts. She spends her free time reading, painting, and hanging out with her golden retriever, Sasha, and her spoiled cat, Olive.
Ashlee F.
Kennel Tech + Daycare Counselor
Ashlee has a long list of pet care experience, starting as a Three Oaks kennel tech in 2021! Her other experience includes working as a barnhand at a riding stable and cat care attendant at the Southside SPCA. She is a devoted pet owner, with three cats; Mingus, Shrimp and Prince, and one adorable beagle, Brownie. She is an active member of the SPCA COOLE committee and enjoys using her skills as an animal whisperer to teach the shelter cats new tricks!
Andy D.
Kennel Tech + Daycare Counselor
Andrew (Andy for short) has been a member of Three Oaks since the summer of 2024, left for a brief period of time, and resumed his work in September of 2025 as an experienced kennel/daycare technician. While obtaining years of dog experience, he loves all the furry friends that come in day to day and treats them like they’re his own. He finds great joy in coming up with silly nicknames for each unique pet! With a colorful imagination and his creative talents, Andy is the artist who redesigned and drew the new Three Oaks logo by hand. Outside of work, you can find him drawing, writing, reading, listening to music, playing video games, and collecting vinyl records.

Hi everyone, I’m Ashley! I was born and raised in our sweet little town, where I’ve learned to enjoy the small things. I’ve grown to love animals, not only through my own pets, but through several organizations that help improve the love and care each animal/pet needs! Anyways, as I’ve been told, I’m the one who always sees the light in a hard situation and try to make anything that can bring one’s day down better with my little quirkiness. However, with my experience at Three Oaks, I’ve met so many different breeds of dogs/cats and have gotten hands on experience by learning each one’s body styles + meeting their amazing parents as well. With this being said, I hope you have gotten to learn a little bit about me and I can’t wait to see all of y’all’s amazing pets!

My name is Ashleigh and I’m your pet’s groomer! I’ve been grooming since September 2024 and I started working at Three Oaks Pet Resort in May 2026. I look forward to seeing you and your fur-babies!

Christina started in early 2026 as a kennel technician and bather, bringing her years of experience in pet care to the team. When she isn’t working, you’ll find her spending time with her husband Richard, her son George and her two dogs, Nick & Ruby. In her spare time, she enjoys taking care of her plants, chickens & ducks.

Emma has been a member of the Three Oaks team since spring 2026. Emma is passionate about animals of all shapes and sizes; when she is not at work you can find her at home with her dogs or on the farm with the horses. She strives to care for the animals here at the kennel with the same level of care she gives her own.

Isis joined the Three Oaks team in July 2024! Her favorite part of the job is when it’s time for every dog to wind down and sleep for the night and she gets to yell out “Goodnight everybody.” She also loves leaving the TV on for the cats and letting them watch Strawberry Shortcake or Family Feud. Outside of work, she enjoys being around her friends and family and is currently binging The Walking Dead.

Natalie started at Three Oaks in summer of 2026. She has been working in animal care since 2022, but took a break to complete a Bachelors in Animal and Poultry Sciences at Virginia Tech. Her favorite part of working in boarding is finding out what works best for each individual animal! She loves fishing, cooking, and spending time with her dogs including her daycare dog Bonny!
Tamiah A.

Tamiah has been part of the team for the past two years, working in both reception and kennel. She loves getting to know our clients and their pets and helping make every visit a positive experience. She’s learned so much from working in pet care with previous experience working at a veterinary clinic, as animals have always been a big part of her life — with a dog and a cat of her own at home — so being surrounded by pets every day is something she truly enjoys! Aside from her love of animals, her hobbies include listening to music or coming up with something creative!
